Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quran Captions and related services provided by AJ Labs Ltd (“AJ Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Quran Captions, you agree to these Terms.
Quran Captions service
Quran Captions provides tools for creating original Quran-related content, including AI-assisted recitation videos, captioning, translations, styling, image carousels, exports, and optional connected-platform publishing features. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable from time to time.
Eligibility and your account
You must meet the minimum age required to use Quran Captions and any connected service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account information, and for activity that occurs through your use of the service.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant AJ Labs the limited rights needed to host, process, create, export, and deliver that content to provide Quran Captions. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
You are responsible for reviewing captions, translations, AI-assisted output, and export settings before publishing. Quran Captions is a creator tool and does not replace your judgment, including regarding the accuracy and suitability of content you publish.
Connected social accounts
You may choose to connect a supported social account. You authorize us to use the permissions you grant solely to provide the connected feature, including account display, analytics, and publishing workflows. You remain responsible for each connected account, the content you publish, and compliance with the connected platform’s rules, music requirements, community guidelines, and terms. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Quran Captions, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use connected-platform features in violation of the applicable platform’s policies.
Purchases and credits
Some features may require a subscription, credits, or another paid entitlement. Purchases made through an app store are governed by that store’s payment terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
Quran Captions, its software, branding, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to AJ Labs and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.
Termination
You may stop using Quran Captions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, AJ Labs, or others, or where these Terms are violated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Quran Captions is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
