AJ Labs Ltd (“AJ Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Quran Captions, a creator application for making original Quran content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Quran Captions and related services.
Information we collect
- Account and device information: account identifiers, support identifiers, device and app information, and settings needed to operate the service.
- Creator content: videos, audio, images, captions, translations, project settings, generated assets, and publishing preferences that you choose to create, upload, or save.
- Connected TikTok account information: when you choose to connect TikTok, we process the information and permissions you authorize, such as your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar, follower count, following count, likes count, video count, and authorization tokens needed to maintain the connection.
- Publishing information: post captions, hashtags, privacy and interaction selections, publishing requests, and publishing status for content you choose to send through a connected platform.
- Purchase information: subscription or credit entitlement status supplied by our payment and purchase providers. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact support or send feedback.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Quran Captions and its content-creation features.
- Create and save the projects, captions, translations, and AI-assisted outputs that you request.
- Connect and display the social account you authorize, show creator analytics, and carry out the publishing workflow you choose to use.
- Process purchases, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of AJ Labs, users, and others.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide the service, including with:
- Connected platforms, such as TikTok, when you authorize a connection or ask us to complete a publishing workflow.
- Service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, content processing, and purchases, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
Social accounts and publishing
Connecting a social account is optional. You can disconnect a connected account in Quran Captions or contact us for assistance. We use authorized social-platform data only for the purposes described in this Policy and the permissions you grant. Content is sent to a connected platform only through the publishing workflow you enable and remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Quran Captions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may also request help disconnecting a social account. To make a request, contact us using the email address below.
Children
Quran Captions is not directed to children under the minimum age required to use the service or a connected social platform. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the request.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
